Tenant pays electric, there is no gas. First floor does have heated floors, which is the heat source there. The 2nd level is electric baseboard heat and has it's own control there. Unit requires window a/c. For serious interest each adult needs to complete a credit application. We only accept cash, money order, or cashier check. Pets may be considered, but at owner's discretion. There will be a pet fee determined by the owner. The garage area is not included in the rental. The tenant is responsible for mowing the back yard area.
